Taylor Swift – Ronan ve Hikayesi

“Ronan”, Amerikalı country şarkıcısı Taylor Swift’in 8 Eylül 2012’de iTunes Store’da yayınlanan şarkısı. Taylor şarkıyı dört yaşında kanserden (nöroblastomdan) ölen Ronan Thompson adlı bir çocuğun annesi olan Maya Thompson’ın blogunu okuduktan sonra yazdı. Annesi aynı zamanda şarkının yazarlarından biridir, şarkıyı yazarken ona yardım etti. Şarkı ismini de ölen çocuğun adından alıyor.

Şarkıyı ilk kez televizyonda yayınlanan, bir yardım toplama programı olan “Stand Up to Cancer” da söyledi. Daha sonra iTunes Store’da satışa çıktı. Şarkının tüm kazancını kanserle savaş için kuruluşlara bağışladı.
